Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and is not acceptable when using the RelayLink website, the RelayLink Platform and any services delivered by RelayLink Labs Ltd.

1. Permitted Use

• Evaluating and using our services for lawful business purposes.
• Developing, testing and operating blockchain applications in accordance with your agreement with us.
• Contacting us with legitimate business, security or support inquiries.

2. Prohibited Use

• Any activity that is illegal or facilitates illegal activity under applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks or client environments.
• Interfering with the availability or integrity of our services, including denial-of-service attacks and load testing without written permission.
• Introducing malware, or using the platform to distribute malicious code.
• Using our services to infringe intellectual property rights or violate privacy laws.
• Reselling or sublicensing our services without a written agreement.

3. Security Testing

Security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure process. Do not test against production systems without prior written authorisation. See the security page for how to report a vulnerability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the lawful use of systems we deliver, including compliance with regulations applicable to their industry and jurisdiction, and for the security of credentials issued to them.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where this policy is violated or where continued use presents a security or legal risk. Where practical, we will notify the affected party and work toward remediation before suspending access.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse of our services to abuse@relaylink.io. Include timestamps, affected endpoints and any relevant evidence.
