This policy explains how RelayLink Labs Ltd. ("RelayLink", "we") handles personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing blockchain development services.
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to business inquiries and securing our systems), contract performance (delivering agreed services) and legal obligation where applicable. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn at any time.
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the business relationship, then archived or deleted. Service data is retained according to the applicable client agreement. Security logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to operate our business (hosting, email and infrastructure providers) under data processing agreements, or where legally required.
Our primary infrastructure is located in the European Union. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact privacy@relaylink.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
We apply TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for stored data, role-based access controls and audit logging. See our security page for more detail.
